DESCRIPTION:Our empowerment training for BIPoC (Black\, Indigenous\, and Pe
 ople of Color) ims to strengthen participants' self-confidence and resilie
 nce by encouraging them to reflect on their identity and experiences. In t
 his training\, we aim to create a safe and supportive environment where\np
 articipants can share their stories and experiences without fear of judgme
 nt\, while also receiving encouragement and validation from peers who shar
 e similar experiences. One of our goals is to gather ideas that can be hel
 pful in dealing with discrimination.\n\nContent:\n\n 	Recognizing and unde
 rstanding forms of discrimination\n 	Reflecting on your own identity as a 
 BIPoC\n 	Foster mutual support within the BIPoC community\n\nLanguage: Eng
 lish\nTarget group: BIPoC: Black\, Indigenous\, and People of Color\, mean
 ing people who have experienced racism on the basis of skin color\, name\,
  origin and ethnic-cultural-religious affiliation\nFormat: Online via Zoom
 \n\nZielgruppe der Trainings\nDie Trainings sind Angebote im Rahmen des Pr
 ojektes FEMtential und stehen grundsätzlich allen interessierten Beschäf
 tigten aus den Projektunternehmen offen. Die Trainings finden überbetrieb
 lich statt. Das bedeutet\, dass Personen aus unterschiedlichen Unternehmen
  und Positionen daran teilnehmen können. Einige Angebote richten sich spe
 ziell an weibliche Beschäftigte (bzw. FLINTA*: Frauen\, Lesben\, inter*\,
  nichtbinäre\, trans* und agender Personen). Dies ist dann in der jeweili
 gen Trainingsbeschreibung erwähnt.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;
